Personality[]
She's very childish and playful for her age. She loves cute things. She always speaks in third person referring herself as Nera and she's a sadist. She loves seeing people lose. If she loses, she'll just sulk afterwards.
Appearance[]
Nera is a young woman of average height with a slim build and pale skin. He has dark red eyes and long purple hair that flows to her hips. She wears a uniform with a purple vest and skirt, a white undershirt, a red tie with white and purple diagonal stripes, a purple trenchcoat with magenta accents and purple and magenta boots.
History[]
Nera is originally from America. Vanguard is popular in the country thus she tried it. She loved it eventually especially seeing her opponent's drooping face when they lose. Thus she makes it a priority to win every match she faces just to see their expression.
